Sweet Chill Turkey Burger

Quick, simple & super healthy fried turkey steak with sweet chilli mayo, beetroot, lettuce, onions & tomatoes on a gluten-free roll. Never miss out on eating a great tasting burger. Mix sweet chill sauce with REAL mayonnaise for a healthy, flavorful way to soften up burgers, wraps and buns. Saving some fat and calories on light mayonnaise isn’t worth the sugar and chemicals it adds to your diet.

Ingredients

  • 1 thin turkey steak
  • 1 tablespoon cooking olive oil
  • Gluten-free brown ciabatta roll
  • 1 teaspoon real mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon sweet chilli sauce
  • 1 cooked beetroot, sliced
  • 1/2 onion, diced
  • Tomatoes, sliced
  • Gem lettuce
  • Black pepper

Serves 1

5 minutes

Directions

  1. Mix the mayo & sweet chill sauce in a bowl.
  2. Heat the oil in a small frying pan.
  3. Fry the turkey steak 1-2 minutes each side.
  4. Cut a roll in half & toast in a toaster.
  5. Spread the mayonnaise mix onto both sides of the roll.
  6. Add the filling and enjoy.
