  • Reduced-fat humous
  • Gluten free stone-baked pitta
  • Carrot, grated
  • Cucumber, chopped
  • Radishes, sliced
  • Black pepper

Directions

  1. Prepare the vegetables
  2. Cut a pitta in half and toast forĀ 1 minute.
  3. Fill the warm pitta with the houmous & vegetables.
  4. Season with black pepper.
