Quick, simple & super healthy spiced chickpeas & beans with avocado on a gluten-free sweet potato tortilla wrap. For a super healthy heart & to do a small bit to save the planet, we should try to have a meat-free day once a week. Chickpeas are rich in fibre & protein & contain several key vitamins.

Ingredients

  • Chickpea & Bean Tagine can, drained
  • Sweet potato wraps
  • 1 avocado, chopped
  • Gem lettuce leaves

Serves 2

Directions

  1. Spoon the drained peas & beans onto the wrap.
  2. Chop or mush the avocado depending on ripeness.
  3. Serve with crisp lettuce.
