Tomato Chilli Turkey Bowl

Quick, simple & super healthy minced turkey in a tomato, pepper & chilli sauce. Delicious served on low carb riced cauliflower & lettuce. Turkey is a great source of zinc.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon cooking olive oil
  • 500g lean turkey mince
  • Loyd Grossman Tomato & Chilli sauce (reduced sugar if possible)
  • Frozen mixed peppers, to taste
  • Cauli Rice, microwave packet
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Black pepper

Serves 2

10 minutes

Directions

  1. Heat the olive oil & add the mince.
  2. Cook on a medium heat for 5 minutes or until the meat is cooked.
  3. Add the jar of sauce & frozen peppers. Turn up the heat and cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Serve on the cauli rice & lettuce.
