Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon cooking olive oil
  • Stir-fry vegetable pack
  • 1 teaspoon Manuka honey
  • 1 teaspoon light soya sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sweet chill sauce
  • 4 cooked chicken thighs

Serves 2

10 minutes

Directions

  1. Pull the chicken off the bone, remove the skin & split into small strips.
  2. Heat oil in a wok or frying pan.
  3. Stir-fry the vegetables for 2 minutes.
  4. Add the chicken, soya sauce, honey & sweet chill sauce.
  5. Fry until the chicken & sauce is hot.
