Poached Eggs

Ingredients

  • 1 medium egg
  • Gluten-free seeded toast
  • HP sauce reduced salt & sugar
  • White wine vinegar
  • Black pepper

Serves 1

2 minutes

Directions

  1. Bring some water to the boil in a small saucepan, then reduce to a simmer.
  2. Add a splash of white wine vinegar.
  3. Crack the egg into the water & leave for 1 minute for a runny egg.
  4. Whilst the egg cooks toast the bread in a toaster.
  5. Remove the egg with a slotted spoon & carefully place it on the toast.
  6. Serve with HP sauce & black pepper.
