Over the last 20 years I have worked in the UK, Irish and Australian fitness industries. In addition to personal training, I teach most styles of group fitness including pilates and yoga. I am currently enhancing my knowledge by training in movement for menopausal women.
My training is all encompassing as I have become an expert in all 4 elements of fitness; strength, cardio, flexibility and balance. All can be taught separately or mixed within a session.
My style of flexibility training stems from the roots of Indian yoga but is much more science based rather than the traditional (spiritual) practice. Please see my yoga website for further information.
